Outreach and technical assistance will be targeted through data analytics and a watershed diffusion model in order to increase adoption of conservation practices that will improve water quality and aquatic habitat in the North Raccoon Watershed in Iowa. In addition to enhancing aquatic habitat and water quality by reducing nutrient losses, the project will demonstrate and evaluate the efficiency and efficacy of data-driven methods to target outreach and technical assistance.
