The proposed project will implement a perpetual conservation easement that will restrict future subdivision and fragmentation of important conservation values that exist on Richie Ranch II. This 1,330 acre project will conserve productive agricultural land and important mule deer, greater sage grouse, moose, and elk habitat in Sublette County, Wyoming.
