Improve stream flow conditions and fish passage issues in Badger Creek by permanently securing water in stream. Project will generate flow conditions that allow genetically pure Yellowstone cutthroat trout to migrate upstream through a fish ladder and a historically dewatered stream reach into a perennial flowing section of Badger Creek.
