Create a groundwater model that will predict the extent and magnitude of impacts to the aquifer from Deer Creek Irrigation District landowners switching from surface water to groundwater following a water-right sale. Project will inform negotiations of the potential acquisition of the water right held by the Deer Creek Irrigation District.
