Description:

Conduct a feasibility analysis for the removal of 10 dams along the Brandywine River to restore fish passage for American Shad, hickory shad, striped bass, and herring species. Project will set the stage for the future restoration of anadromous and domestic fish passage to 17.6 miles and 250 acres of freshwater spawning habitat from tidewater to the Piedmont in Delaware and Pennsylvania.
