Establish native plant habitat and rain gardens in community spaces and at residences throughout the broader community. Project will reduce local flooding and stormwater overflows and improve water quality in the Western Lake Erie basin. The project also will engage 4,500 people to build a self-sustaining network of community members committed to environmental improvement.
