Develop a comprehensive green infrastructure master plan and 100% designs for the Greater Grace World Outreach campus. Design will move plans forward to reduce stormwater runoff from the 13.6-acre property, of which approximately 84 percent is impervious, and educate the 1,500-member congregation and students about the benefits of reducing runoff.
