Implement and monitor the efficacy of a variety of subsoiling and soil amendment techniques on open lands in the District of Columbia. Project will aim to reduce compaction, restore hydraulic functionality, and improve soil health for the purposes of reducing stormwater runoff and pollutants generated from compacted and public lands in the District of Columbia.
