Develop engineered plans to remove barriers to fish passage on Beaver Brook, Sprague, Connecticut. Project will address two barriers to fish migration at the mouth of the brook for alewife, blueback Herring, American eel, and sea lamprey along an important migratory riverine corridor of Long Island Sound.
