Facilitate the removal and replacement of a culvert on Flowerdew Hundred creek in the James River watershed which acts as a critical barrier to native Alosine fish passage. Project will target American Shad and river herring and achieve the outcome of restoring aquatic connectivity for these native anadromous fish.
