Develop additional inputs for assessment of the northern anchovy central stock in California. Project will analyze seabird spatial forage needs and fishery competition, synthesize all information to date in a novel Ecosystem Socio-Economic Profile (ESP) under NMFS’s Next Generation Stock Assessment Initiative and develop a tiered harvest rule based on long-term anchovy population and predator data.
