Work with water diverters to engage in two temporary water lease transactions to return 3.9 cfs of stream flow to Big, Tule and Hayfork Creeks. Project will monitor stream flow, stream temperature and aquatic biology before, during and after these water leases occur to determine impact of water returned to stream.
