Install an innovative onsite wastewater treatment system in the Frank Melville Memorial Park in Setauket, New York. Project will provide a visible proof-of-concept to inform wider use of efficient low-cost residential treatment system with the promise to decrease nitrogen pollution into the ground and surface waters of local bays, harbors, streams and rivers that flow into Long Island Sound.
