TMCF will leverage its outreach systems and campus relationships to communicate internship opportunities to the broad HBCU markets and provide NFWF with the best candidates for open internship positions. TMCF will work with NFWF and other conservation NGOs to place 40 graduate and undergraduate students from HBCUs in internships to enhance the recruitment of diverse professionals within the conservation community.
