Develop a plan that identifies and prioritizes American oystercatcher habitat restoration opportunities in Virginia’s coastal lagoon system. Project will result in critical guidance for management strategies to build the resiliency of American oystercatcher populations into the future, increasing reproductive output and population growth within the most important breeding area along the Atlantic Coast.
