NFWF Grant Profile

Improve green stormwater infrastructure and restore habitat at Farmstead Park, transforming a little used and inaccessible park space into a showcase for several types of green stormwater infrastructure that are appropriate to the unique soils, hydrology, and riparian conditions of the area. Project will utilize a cost-effective and targeted approach to improve water quality, flood resilience, and enable utilization of the park while also serving to connect the community to the waterway.
