Maximize pollutant reduction in the Upper Salem River Watershed through implementation of green stormwater infrastructure in climate-vulnerable urban and suburban landscapes. Project will significantly reduce non-point source pollution in stormwater runoff including nitrogen, phosphorus, and total suspended solids as well as improve groundwater recharge.
