Deliver targeted stewardship and provide education on American oystercatcher and other migratory shorebirds and habitat along the Long Island Sound coastline of Connecticut. Project will increase public awareness about the value of sharing the shore with these birds among recreational users and reduce disturbance to the birds’ breeding and roosting sites on the Sound.
