Cultivate the growth, participation, and capacity of the Rappahannock River Roundtable partnership and measurably accelerate the geographic scale of implementation for priority conservation and water quality improvement practices in the Rappahannock River Watershed. Project will increase the participation and accessibility of cost-share programs and project implementation through financial incentives, inclusion of the carbon market, increased technical assistance, and enhanced outreach.
