Description:

Bat Conservation International (BCI) will build relationships within communities that are underserved and underrepresented in the field of nature outreach and experiential science education by implementing a set of strategies to inspire people for conservation using bats and technology as an access point. BCI’s strategies for outreach will be community specific, and may include bat walks, bat gardens, volunteer bat surveys, and education curriculum, with a conservation goal of educating community members to continue protecting bats and their habitats independently.
