TMCF will leverage its outreach systems and campus relationships to communicate internship opportunities to the broad HBCU markets and provide NFWF with the best candidates for open internship positions. TMCF will work with NFWF to place 20 graduate and undergraduate students from HBCUs in internships to enhance the recruitment of diverse professionals within the conservation community. TMCF will leverage learnings from Year 1 to inform changes for Year 2.
