Create Dynamic Forest Restoration Block (DFRB) comprehensive plans for two new DFRBs and implement forest management activities in eight existing DFRBs and four new DFRBs in Pennsylvania. Project will build upon the management implemented in order to develop and implement a comprehensive forest management strategy targeting long-term availability of diverse forest age classes and structural complexity benefiting the reproductive cycles of Golden-winged Warbler, Cerulean Warbler, and Wood Thrush.
