Identify, design, and permit a living shoreline project in the Harness Creek sub-watershed of the South River along Quiet Waters Park (Park) in Anne Arundel County. Project will project will target up to 500 linear feet of eroding shoreline and will incorporate a living oyster reef breakwater in the structural design to directly enhance critical habitat for oysters, fish, and invertebrates while mitigating shoreline erosion and marsh loss.
