Implement the Landscape Makeover Program along the Delaware River Watershed communities. Project will transform lawns into pollinator habitats that reduce stormwater and localized flooding by providing homeowners and municipalities and other institutions funding and technical assistance to install green stormwater infrastructure under one umbrella with multiple partners.
