Expand the successful Riparian Rangers program by training 100 new volunteers on riparian forest buffer establishment maintenance while providing additional educational opportunities and resources. Project will result in 3 new regional Branches of the Riparian Rangers program within priority watersheds in Maryland and Pennsylvania which will enable enhanced stewardship of around 250 acres of riparian forest buffer plantings.
