Inform conservation of critical Black Rail and Saltmarsh Sparrow high marsh habitat in Delaware Bay through species population data collection and research on a site formerly farmed for salt hay. Project will work with the Natural Resources Conservation Service to modify existing Conservation Practice Standards that impact Black Rail and Saltmarsh Sparrow and create a management recommendation document for high marsh habitat.
