Complete design and permitting of the Hole in the Ground Diversion Combine Project on the Shasta River. Future implementation of this project will allow efficiencies for instream benefit while also isolating a significant cold-water spring to protect over-summering habitat and providing flexible diversion management to maximize instream benefit.
