Develop final designs to naturalize the Providence Riverwalk to improve water quality, resiliency and habitat of the Woonasquatucket River. Project will raise the riverwalk above future flood elevations, demolish the hardened riverwalk walls, naturalize riverbanks beneath the new shared-use path, and filter storm-water runoff.
