Protect critical habitat for various species of concern, including black bear, red-headed woodpecker, and northern long-eared bat in Georgia. Project will acquire the 2,037-acre Amicalola Tract and 763-acre Nimblewill Tract to be added to Amicalola Falls State Park and Chattahoochee National Forest, respectively, and opened for public access.
