Retrofit an existing stormwater pond into a regenerative stormwater conveyance with integrated stream and wetland habitat. Project will create and enhance habitat, sequester carbon, improve water quality, mitigate flooding, provide resilience to the effects of climate change, and serve as a prototype for communities with clay core dams around the Chesapeake Bay.
