Install nitrogen sensors to improve the operation of the wastewater treatment process at the North Brookfield Wastewater Treatment Facility in Massachusetts. Project will eliminate 1,668 pounds of nitrogen annually discharged from the facility into the Connecticut River and downstream to Long Island Sound.
