Design retrofits for existing stormwater management facilities and a concept-level stream restoration project on and adjacent to the city-owned recreation facilities. Project will work to achieve stated goals in the Town of Charlestown Stormwater Vulnerability & Floodplain Management Assessment and the Northeast River Watershed Assessment Priority Sites Re-Evaluation Report, both completed in 2019.
