Conduct the River Smart education program connecting the story of local storm drains to the problem of stormwater pollution into local waterways that feed Long Island Sound and install green infrastructure projects in the Farmington River Watershed, Connecticut. Project will educate adults and youth groups about everyday actions people can take to reduce polluted stormwater from inland communities into the Sound.
