Engage Tribal and community work crews in stream restoration, riparian forest thinning, and watershed assessment in salmon watersheds on Tribal Homelands of the indigenous Tsimshian, Haida, and Tlingit people. Project will restore hydrology, wetlands, and aquatic connectivity on the Tongass National Forest, Native Corporation lands, and other non-federal lands and will build local capacity to manage and steward culturally and ecologically important local salmon watersheds.
