Description:

Monitor and remove non-native invasive plants and protect endangered ash trees in National Forest sites within the Appalachian National Scenic Trail corridor including the Chattahoochee-Oconee, George Washington-Jefferson, Nantahala, Pisgah, and Cherokee National Forests. Project will engage both volunteers and Service Corps crews in on-the-ground activities to improve the ecological health of National Forests in the Appalachian Mountains.
