Description:

Enhance rangeland habitat across the Rocky Mountain Region to benefit mule deer, sage-grouse, and other native wildlife species. Project will improve 10 miles of fencing to wildlife-friendly specifications, remove 10 miles of wildlife-unfriendly fencing, manage 4,500 acres for invasive annual grasses, remove invasive juniper from 500 acres of rangeland, and replant 3,000 acres of fire-damaged rangeland with sagebrush and bitterbrush.
