Reconstruct the historic Maybell Ditch and modernize the headgate of Colorado's lower Yampa River to benefit fish passage, restore hydrology, and improve habitat connectivity while maintaining water-users' irrigation needs. Project will rectify 1 fish passage barrier and open 55 miles of stream.
