Description:

Restore high priority grassland in Alberta's Missouri-Milk River Grasslands by partnering with landowners, provincial and federal governments, and local conser¬vation organizations. Project will place 2,484 acres under easement, improve visibility of 5 miles of fence for greater sage-grouse (GSG), restore 150 acres for GSG, conserve land including or in the vicinity of Alberta's only 3 known GSG leks, improve management on 14,817 acres, and improve 12 miles of fencing to benefit pronghorn.
