Conduct monarch habitat restoration and community outreach activities in the several watersheds across the East San Francisco Bay Area. The project will build capacity at four public high schools, employ 56 youth in paid yearlong environmental internships, improve management, enage 100 volunteers and restore 25 acres of land and wetlands.
