Improve 370 ft of riparian habitat on Ship Creek, an anadromous stream in Anchorage, Alaska, through revegetation of streambanks with native trees and grasses. The project will plant 450 trees, restore 10 acres and reach 75 students, bringing together many community partners to engage youth in hands-on outdoor field study activities.
