Assist public and private landowners implement prescribed fire management and longleaf restoration in south Georgia and north Florida. Project will support prescribed fire capacity including a prescribed burn association to assist with 10,000 acres of prescribed burning and plant over 1,000 acres of longleaf pine on public and private lands, benefitting gopher tortoise, red-cockaded woodpecker and northern bobwhite.
