Engage urban neighborhoods and underserved communities to explore, recreate, and enhance their waterways and trail systems through the removal of barriers, creation of safe spaces, and opportunities for outreach and involvement. Project will increase capacity and support for restoration and protection activities in the basin through meaningful community-based educational and recreational engagement.
