Construct a 0.25-mile segment of accessible trail and accompanying outdoor interpretive center at the Plum Run Preserve in West Chester Borough, opening up 12 new acres for public access. Project will improve outdoor recreational access to a recently restored section of Plum Run, educate the public on the importance of Alosine migration and spawning habitat, and complete reforestation of 2.6 acres of riparian buffer along Plum Run through the planting of 500 native trees.
