Implement a stream restoration and riparian buffer planting project along 1,360 linear feet of stream that includes 1.1 acres of new forested riparian buffer. Project will address an incised, heavily impacted stream with steeply eroding stream banks by implementing stream bank grading, in-stream structures and habitat improvements to support restoration efforts on the impaired Upper East Branch of the Red Clay Creek.
