Engage private forest owners and beef cattle producers within the Cumberland Plateau region of Tennessee through outreach and technical assistance and implement wildlife focused forest management practices and improved grazing practices, benefitting northern bobwhite and other forest and grassland dependent species. Project will implement managed grazing on 1,500 acres, install 115 miles of fencing and improve 1,300 acres of forest habitat through prescribed burning and other forest treatments.
