Develop a hydrologic assessment of the Five Corners area focused on identifying drainage problem “hot-spots” and recommended methods and places to install projects to reduce stormwater pollution and flooding; and educate residents about the project and ways to address the problems in the City of Groton, Connecticut. Project assessment will serve as the basis for developing nature-based solutions and strategies to improve water quality and community resilience to storms and sea-level rise.
