Restore aquatic connectivity for freshwater mussels and brook trout in the Upper Potomac River watershed of Maryland and Pennsylvania by replacing road stream crossings, planting riparian buffers, developing mussel conservation plans and re-establishing freshwater mussel occupancy. Project will replace five undersized culverts, plant 10,000 trees, restore access to 25 miles of stream, complete two mussel conservation plans and propagate and stock 17,500 mussels of four species in the watershed.
