Defray the unbudgeted costs borne by members of the marine mammal stranding network in Southern California due to a recent harmful algal bloom. Project will support efforts to respond to as many strandings as possible, increase capacity to care for more sick animals, and increase public awareness and engagement efforts that support the health of marine mammals and keep the public safe.
