Develop a centralized online tool for collecting and managing cetacean health and stranding data in the Gulf of Mexico in partnership with NFWF, NOAA, and members of the Gulf of Mexico Marine Mammal Stranding Network. Project will design, pilot, and implement a user-friendly centralized system that facilitates standardized data collection across partners, improves capabilities for integration of different data streams, and streamlines data access for analyses and reporting with the goal of early detection and response to threats to marine wildlife populations.
