National Coastal Resilience Fund in Wilmington

Plagued by regular flooding for the last 50 years, it was time for a change in the Southbridge neighborhood of Wilmington, Delaware. With funding from the National Coastal Resilience Fund, the South Wilmington Wetlands Park was created to reduce flooding in Southbridge, restore and enhance existing wetlands, and create a new park for the community.
